Basic site setup parameters

Registered users of the Karst Workspace may:

• create blog entries which are automatically promoted to the front page
• create forum topics
• create albums and add items to their albums
• add comments to blog entries, forum topics, and album items

Editors have the same privileges as registered users and may:

• edit blog entries, forum topics, and comments as needed
